PERFECT POTATO SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

• 27 Medium Yellow Gold Potatoes
•  12 Boiled Eggs
•  3 Green Bell Pepper (minced)
•  ¾ cup (Heaping) Sour Cream
•  1 ½ cups Real Mayonnaise
•  3 tbsp Garlic Salt
•  3 tbsp Crushed Black Pepper
•  9 tbsp Dill Relish
•  ¾ cup Jalapeno Musta​rd

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place whole potatoes in large pan - Cover with water and boil until tender.
2. Let potatoes cool slightly and remove skin
3. Cut into cubes & place in a large mixing bowl.
4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
5. Serve Immediately.
