Jazzy Green Beans

Yields1 Serving

 2 lbs Fresh Green Beans - whole or cut
 1 Small Onion, sliced thin
 1 Garlic Clove, minced
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 ½ cup Water
 ½ cup Jalapeno Glaze
 Generous portion Salt
 Generous portion Crushed Black Pepper

Wash beans and remove strings

Sauté onion and garlic in oil.

Add green beans, water, salt and black pepper.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover.

Simmer for 10 minutes

Remove lid, add Jalapeno Glaze and simmer 8-10 minutes.
