Perfectly Peared Wine DESSERT Topping

INGREDIENTS:

• 2/3 Cups Shiraz Wine
• 1/4 Cup Jalapeño Dill and Garlic Glaze
• 1 Large Pear Cubed
• 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add all ingredients together and bring to a rolling boil.
2. Reduce heat & reduce by half.
3. Use as topping for chicken or pork loin, ice cream or cheese cake.
