Pepped Up Pimento Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS:

• 18oz Block Sharp Cheddar Cheese- Finely Grated
• 14oz jar chopped Pimentos
• 2/3 Cup Mayonnaise –or add additional after mixing if needed to make a spreadable mixture
• 2oz Jalapeno Gold- Minced
• Salt and Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well
2. Serve immediately or place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Low Calorie Recipe:  Low-fat Mayonnaise may be substituted.

Makes a great sandwich or appetizer: Serve on your favorite bread, sandwich rolls or a lightly toasted croissant.

Great appetizer:  Serve with 3” cut celery stalks, crackers, Pita bread, or lightly toasted baguette.
​Don’t forget to serve additional jalapeno Gold along side any sandwich or appetizer!
